Shipping & Return

What is your Shipping policy?

We do our very best to process and ship each item as soon as we can. Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once we receive the order. Orders may take longer to process, especially during the holiday season. We use Avion as our primary shipping provider. The Avion services we provide are as listed below. 

•Italy Domestic: Delivery typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
 
•Outside Italy & Within Europe: Delivery typically takes 5-7 days once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
 
•Outside of Europe: Shipment typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive at border customs. once passed the customs it will then be distributed by the local carrier. Delivery will then be determined by the local carrier. 

What is your shipping rates?

We charge a flat rate on all orders based on it's subtotals, regardless where in the world you may be. Shipping rates can be viewed below:

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your  purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 25 (whichever comes first).

Return: Once the item has been shipped back to us, we will process your refund less any applicable shipping label fees. For your convenience, we provide pre-paid return shipping labels for a fee of $25 per tree box and $10 per box for all other products. These fees are waived in the case of a damaged or defective product.

Exchange: If you are exchanging your item for an item of lesser value, a small exchange shipping fee will be assessed. If you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value, the exchange shipping fee will be waived.
