Shipping Information

 

What is your shipping policy?

We do our very best to process and ship each item as soon as we can. Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once we receive the order. Orders may take longer to process, especially during the holiday season. We use Avion as our primary shipping provider. The Avion services we provide are as listed below. 

 

•Italy Domestic: Delivery typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
 
•Outside Italy & Within Europe: Delivery typically takes 5-7 days once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
 
•Outside of Europe: Shipment typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive at border customs. once passed the customs it will then be distributed by the local carrier. Delivery will then be determined by the local carrier. 
 
A tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your package once the order is shipped. At times, we do have to send your order in multiple packages. When this happens you will get more than 1 tracking number.
 
Please note that we do not process or ship items on Saturdays and Sundays or on Italian Holidays. Shipping charges are subject to change.
 

We currently ship to all parts of Italy. We also ship internationally to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe.* We hope  to ship to other parts of the world in the near future. All items shipped internationally will ship from Our Italian warehouse or our partner warehouses in other parts of the world(depent on where the stocks are). All domestic and international orders are processed in US dollars(Why not Euros? well, the USD is a globally accepted currency, we have lots of partners alll over the world, it just makes things easier). 

 
How much does it cost to ship to my address?

We charge a flat rate on all orders based on it's subtotals, regardless where in the world you may be. Shipping rates can be viewed below:
